At Mira Accessories, we want you to love every little accessory you purchase for your baby girl. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, hair accessories that have been worn cannot be returned.

Sale or promotional items may not be eligible for return (unless defective).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Please email us at [your email address] within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Include your order number and clear photos of the item.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Email us at returns@miraaccessories.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

Wait for confirmation and return instructions.

Ship the item back to us using a trackable courier service.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

You will be notified of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We currently only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a different style, please place a new order.
