At Mira Accessories, we aim to provide a secure and transparent payment experience for our customers.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

  • Mastercard

  • Apple Pay

All payments are processed securely through trusted payment processors to protect your financial information.

Billing Descriptor

All charges on your bank or card statement will appear under Velor Homes (Pty) Ltd — the parent company operating Mira Accessories. If you see “Velor Homes” on your statement, this corresponds to your purchase from Mira Accessories.

Refunds & Payment Reversals

If you cancel an order or are eligible for a refund, please note:

  • Refunds or payment reversals will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Once we initiate a refund, it may take between 5–14 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times and the payment provider’s system. 

  • In some cases, particularly with bank or card processing delays, it may take slightly longer for the reversal to show on your statement — this timing is largely outside our control.

Please allow the full 14 working days before contacting support about a missing refund.

Payment Confirmation

Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been successfully completed. You will receive an email confirming your order and payment status.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment attempt fails or is declined, please verify your card details, ensure sufficient funds, or try an alternative payment method.
